
As a young woman, Dale never intended to enter this line at work. Yet, at 18, she discovered her knack when she purchased an inexpensive, quiet lake-side home and made ends meet with a roommate. Within the next four years, her home tripled in value and she used the growing equity to purchase a new rental home. Over the next several years, she did this several more times, learning how to repair and renovate herself along the way. While initially never planning to become a landlord, she ended up owning ten homes before reaching graduate school.
After working for a few years as a young ​professional, she refocused her career and returned to to her roots of home restoration and renovating. Dale strives to ensure that her work reflects high quality, conscientious practicality, and elegance.

Dale aims to ethically construct
by mitigating as much environmental harm as possible. Whenever doable, she repurposes old furniture and materials, and frequently purchases ecologically responsible and energy efficient appliances and windows. From planning to construction, every aspect of her work is deliberate and conscientious of the environment and potential homeowners needs.
As a Western Massachusetts native,
the local economy is incredibly important to Dale. She always tries to hire locally and stimulate the economy while increasing the value of the neighborhood. Reinvesting in the local community and selling quality, financially accessible homes is vital to her. Moreover, whenever possible, Dale tries to honor aspects of the home and the home’s history. During the process of renovation, she creates a space that maintains the long history of the home.
